We are expanding our sales team to increase a regional focus and drive growth in public safety and Fortune 500 customers. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who wants to support a broad range of clients across their geographic territory. 

Both mid-level and senior sales professionals are encouraged to apply. Compensation will be dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build sales pipeline and close deals. Everything else is secondary.
  • Work closely with sales engineering and inside sales teams to present Haivision products to end users, consultants, integrators and resellers.
  • Work with Senior Account Executives and the Vice President of Enterprise Sales to develop your regional sales strategy for extending our market share in the territory to include direct sales efforts, channel partnerships, trade shows, and other marketing activity.
  • Work closely with sales engineering and inside sales teams to present Haivision products to end users, consultants, integrators and resellers.
  • Develop and actively manage accurate and realistic sales forecasts.
  • Provide active feedback to sales and marketing management for new product features relevant to specific territory or changing market needs.
  • Limited regional travel will be expected.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a sales or sales engineering role within Operations Centers, Collaboration, IT, Networking, or Audio Visual.
  • Motivated, entrepreneurial, self-starter, capable of operating autonomously (But who also has the good judgement to check in with leadership before going too far afield).
  • Strong background with video or IT technologies 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a key focus on being able to distill complex concepts into straightforward messages.

Academic Requirements

  • BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field accepted in lieu of sales experience.
  • Active-Duty Military experience strongly considered in lieu of degree.
  • Relevant advanced technical certifications considered in lieu of degree.

Citizenship

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
