ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team, specializing in sales within control room and operations center environments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in technical sales and expertise in mission-critical visualization systems. This role will focus on expanding our presence in core markets (e.g., Public Safety, Enterprise) and exploring new verticals, such as Utilities, Transportation, and Oil & Gas
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new business in core and emerging markets, including Public Safety, Utilities, Transportation, and Oil & Ga
- Technical Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert, consulting clients and integrators on control room solutions, including Video Wall Processing, IP video, IT networks, and advanced visual collaboration software
- Partner & Channel Management: Collaborate with integrators, resellers, and consultants to represent Haivision’s solutions and expand our footprint through strategic partnership
- Account Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and building strong relationship
- Market Expansion: Identify new verticals where Haivision’s mission-critical solutions offer a competitive edge, driving revenue growth
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and government procurement cycles within the technology and IT infrastructure sector
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management, including business plans and progress report
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, with in-depth knowledge of control room systems, video processing, IP video, network technologies, Microsoft Windows Enterprise architecture, and IT security frameworks.
- Proven Success: A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in direct and channel sales environments, preferably within control rooms and operations centers.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Video Wall Processing, IP video distribution, IT networks, and advanced visual collaboration tools.
- Vertical Market Experience: Experience in key verticals, such as Public Safety, Utilities, Transportation, Oil & Gas, and Enterprise sectors.
- Customer Relationships: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients from technical experts to senior executives.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel (25-50%) for client meetings, partner visits, and industry events within the region.
Competencies:
- Pre-sales/Sales Expertise: Experience in designing or deploying control room technologies.
- Cybersecurity Standards: Knowledge of network and cybersecurity standards for government and civilian applications.
- Market Awareness: Familiarity with competitive products and trends within the control room and AV/IT sectors.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with control room technologies or network media streaming solutions.
- Familiarity with audio and video delivery over IP-based networks.
- Strong understanding of core vertical markets, including Public Safety, Transportation, Energy, and Utilities
